helpful staff accessible location complete cardio
The staff were helpful. I found the hotel location accessible. The facility had everything I needed. The rooftop bar provided expansive views. I could see the river from there. The gym had complete cardio equipment.
The noise level outside was high. The windows could not be opened because of traffic sounds. This impacted ventilation.

The room was very spacious and modern. It had convenient amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. I appreciated the large windows that provided plenty of natural light and enhanced the overall ambience in the room.

pastries attentive staff sightseeing
I found the breakfast selection quite good. It included pastries, various breads, yogurts, and fruits. the staff, especially rafaela, was attentive. she brought us lattes and omelets without us needing to ask! the hotel's location is near belém. It allowed easy access to sightseeing. public transport was also nearby.
the room cleaning was inconsistent. it improved after i complained. bolt drivers seemed to have difficulty finding the entrance.
